【摘要】

    目的：分析根管术中适充填充法对急性牙髓炎患者疼痛发生率与术后并发症的影响。方法：选我院接收的急性牙髓炎患者104例，时间2017年8月～2019年9月，均给予一次性根管术治疗，按填充程度不同，对照组超充，研究组适充，将两组的疼痛发生率、并发症发生情况加以比较。结果：研究组的疼痛发生率、急症发生率地低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：根管术治疗中用适充填充法治疗，可减轻患者牙髓炎疼痛感，减少并发症的发生。
